Playing with AI

There is a lot of hype/fear about Artificial Intelligence taking away from human endeavors — especially in the creative fields.

My own opinion is that it is a tool like any other — can be used for good, bad and ugly.

I have used digital techniques since the late 90s. Although the programs (applications) have gotten more complex and sophisticated, there is still the artist’s creativity that needs to be input to AI to produce anything.

Below is a progression of a painting that I have had in mind for quite awhile and wanted to see what AI would do with different prompts. Changing not only the style but the color of the dress.
